I have reviewed the situation and your case, it does look like there was a request earlier today to "Kindly provide all sides of product packaging images and product manual for further review".
Typically what I recommend in these situations is all six sides of your product packaging which includes the top, bottom, left, right, front and back of the product and packaging, along with the manual to ensure everything they need to review is included in the pictures.
