YOW3 FBA Shipment Lost Amazon Canada

I had a shipment, and the destination is the YOW3 warehouse. However, actually received less than 1/10. I should not have to bear all the bad consequences.

I opened a case with seller support in hopes of getting the inventory back, but was told the shipment was not closed and help was not available. I waited with desperation for the shipment to close, knowing that my link was doomed.

After the shipment was closed, I opened another case with seller support in hopes of resolving the issue, but received a generic, unhelpful response with shockingly inefficient responses.

I'm hoping to get some help, any advice appreciated.

Just to confirm, have you requested an investigation via the Contents tab of your shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would highly recommend doing so now. For more information on requesting an investigation, please read through this help page.

I would also encourage you to read through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed.

If you need further assistance with this, please send me your shipment ID and any case IDs you have for this shipment. I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases!
