Amazon dispose of inventory instead of Return (ignored settings)
Amazon has automatically decided to dispose of one unit of sellable inventory despite that we are actively selling it. They claim it was stranded.
However, all our settings for fulfillable, non-fulfillable and stranded inventory are set to RETURN. The ASIN is active and selling just fine.
Support is clueless as usual and say that my settings are set to dispose, as soon as I shared screenshots with them and proved that all are set to RETURN, they started changing the subject that system did it and it knows better!! REALLY!!

Good luck...amazon does what they want and seller support is as useless as they come. You will spend the next 14 days and 200 hours trying to resolve the issue with their "support team". Eventually, you may win your case but only after losing your sanity.
