BuyBoxes have dropped to zero.
My account health is good, and my ODR is below 1%. Everything seems fine with my store, but my Buy Boxes have dropped to zero. I don't understand why this is happening. This is very bad.

Because other sellers (your competitors) were able to obtain the buy box, through better pricing, faster shipping, better feedback ratings.

Amazon has hit us with the cursed "No MFN Buy boxes for you" spell many times, usually it is between 1 and 5 days, with some exceptions being shorter or longer.
They tend to do it during the busiest time. I've never found an explanation as to why, because account health was always in top shape, while when had worse metrics we still had the buy box...
There's no fixing it - just waiting it out. Unfortunately.

In Same boat! Buy box gone yesterday with no apparent reasons. Account health is good, ODR under 1%, VTR> 95%

run up into Prime Day has also brought a buy box change. They no longer include shipping costs in the buy box calculation. I get beat by items that have a lower price but with shipping are 20% more. Another kick in the face
