I was told I could have image proof of missing items, but none of the support agents are reading my message.
A former staff member created a listing for one of our products, but the listing he created (B078JYFYQN) was for the American UPC, which was actually sold in Canada for a while.
However, there was a separate listing (B000UU1ACM) for the newer Canadian UPC.
The products are identical aside from the UPC.
We shipped the products using the manufacturer's barcode under the listing for the American UPC, and now the items have gone missing from the warehouse.
A very helpful member of the Amazon.com Merchand Inbound Coaching Team told me I could create a new case to receive video proof that these items hadn't actually made it to the warehouse at all.
Every time I try to request that proof, I'm given an autoresponse or asked to provide paperwork.
How do I get someone to listen to me as well as the first associate? I know the product that was sent as is at the warehouse as, unless they destroyed it without our permission which would be pretty rude.
---
Also, this is the third item this error has happened to, due to our former staff member being new to FBA and not thinking to check the UPC. The other two items have also gone missing. One had two listings under the same FNSKU, but one for the American barcode and one for the Canadian barcode. Why is it that these are the only items that are going missing?
And yes, we will be printing off Amazon labels in the future to avoid having this happen again. Right now, though, I am just trying to recover several expensive items.
