I have a suppressed listing due to no description. I have attempted to add a description numerous times to no avail. I see that a lot of people have similar issues. Did you ever get the problem resolved? How?

According to the Suppressed Listings help page, under the "Fix suppressed listings" section, there are a couple of different ways you could try to add the description:
First, through the Fix Your Products page:
Go to Inventory > Manage All Inventory, select "Suppressed" from the horizontal menu, and try entering the description directly in the "Issue(s) to fix" column, then click "Save".
If that doesn't work, there's a more detailed method on the same page:
Instead of editing directly in the grid, click the "Edit" button to open the full "Edit product info" page. The missing description field should be highlighted there, making it easier to spot and fix.
And if you're still having trouble, the Bulk Activation help page suggests trying the bulk update approach:
You can download a Listing Quality and Suppressed Listings Report, update the description there, and upload it back through Add Products via Upload (saved as a tab-delimited file).
One helpful thing to know: the help pages mention that after making changes, suppression alerts typically clear from Manage Inventory within minutes, though they might still show up in reports for a couple of days.
