Ongoing HAZMAT Misclassification - No Resolution Despite Multiple Cases (B00NGKIDFA, B00161JFK8,B01591433O)
Hello Seller Forum,
We have two ASINs — B00NGKIDFA and B00161JFK8 — wrongly flagged for HAZMAT review. We’re DG approved, and these items are non-DG. We submitted the MSDS from the manufacturer (we’re the official Canadian distributor).
Amazon responded claiming there’s “conflicting information” on the PDP (images vs. description). This is splitting hairs — but regardless, we updated the listing using the manufacturer’s official wording. Still, nothing.
Amazon said they classified B00NGKIDFA, but it’s still blocked when we try to replenish. Support confirmed it’s in the same status. Meanwhile, every case ends with a copy-paste reply and auto-closure. Most recent case: #17563149041
They have locked our previous discussion thread after NO response or help from AMAZON
We’re now several months in with no inventory movement and no real answers.

In addition to these 2 ASINs (B00NGKIDFA and B00161JFK8), ASIN B01591433O is now experiencing the same issue so we have 3 ASINS that can not be replenished and AMAZON offers no clear resolution of guidance.

Following up on your post. I escalate this with internal team, they just advise me they will contact you directly on case ending 3301.
