Amazon Freight LTL shipment missing - need moderator help

Our FBA pallet was picked up by Amazon Freight LTL on 2/27 but never delivered. When the shipment was closed after 90 days we opened several cases with both Seller Support and ROC but neither team will investigate.

We have a signed BOL from Amazon Freight LTL proving they had picked up the pallet.

@Steve_Amazon@Dominic_Amazon or another moderator, if you can get this issue escalated to the correct team it would be appreciated.
