What will happen with VTR and On-time rate with Canada Post Strike?
-Will metrics still apply now that CP is on strike and all shipments are delayed?
-Will VTR be impacted if we use non-integrated couriers during the strike?

We stopped using Canada Post 1 week ago. It has been all over the news for a couple weeks. Why didn't you adjust then?

Yes, metrics still apply. Canada post is one of many carriers that Amazon has integrated tracking for.
Yes, your VTR rate will be affected if Amazon can not see the tracking.

Is there a petition or how could we ask amazon to integrate with ICS courier?

Hello @Seller_dqyjtOUSGKbTY,

I see that you have some questions about the Canada Post strike and how the delays will affect your account health performance metrics.
I'm here to let you know that we are monitoring this closely and I have not received official communication regarding this concern as of yet. If your metrics are affected during this time, I suggest to create a case, please be sure to include the order ID's that are involved. You can provide me with the case ID so I can help with a resolution.
Once there are updates to share about this, I will let you know here. I want to thank the community for providing your guidance on this topic as well. I'm sharing my other post about this for your reference.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
