Restricted policy violation gone and no way to reappeal and we want listing back

There was an initial restricted policy violation on our account so we submitted the suggested changes to our detail page and resubmitted. The violation went away but we were denied our first appeal. When we went back to re-appeal, the appeal button was gone and all that was there was the word acknowledge. We thought we needed to acknowledge that we saw the violation, much like you do when there is a shipment discrepancy, before we could resubmit a new appeal. We have gone back and forth with seller support and they have told us various things to change in our product detail page to get the asin reinstated so we have, and still we get denied with no noted violation on our account health. Today we were told by account health that by our initial acknowledgement, it has made it so our listing cannot be reinstated. Please help! It was the only button available to us after our appeal was denied the first time. It did not say this will permanently delete your listing- it said this does not reactivate your listing which we did not understand to mean this is going to delete a listing. It was only option so we thought we had to do that to proceed with appeal. This is a healthy listing with thousands of reviews and our account health has always been stellar.
