Sudden HAZMAT classification of product
hello dear amazon,
My case number is 16224845051
284 of my units have been with held because of a sudden classification of HAZMAT. I have a valid SDS I have submitted but it falls short of the 5 year rule, and the one for the USA has a different name then my Canadian listed item.
have uploaded the SDS and it clearly says this item is not hazardous unfortunately I am short of your 5 year policy until they upload a new one. Is there a way I can get an internal review with the current SDS of both products and we can get this sorted.

I'm experiencing a lot of issues with products and inventory being classified wrongfully as restricted products. I think this is some sort of automated issue or error from Amazon, they are stating that one of the products contains an ingredient that is not listed in the product ingredients, I've sent photos along with an appeal which was denied by what I can only assume as their bot since a real person with literacy capabilities could actually read the ingredient list and see the that the ingredient isn't listed anywhere.

Hello @Seller_57JKPA52pcJmO,
Ricardo from Amazon here.
Upon checking Case 16224845051, I see the ASIN in question has been cleared out and it is now available on Amazon.ca.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
