Yes, responses are slow for who knows why. I have tagged MODS on a few posts the last several days with NO responses so it is pretty normal right now AND it is a weekend AND a Holiday!
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

I want to say yes, but support has always been slow and never straight to the point. My tactic to get help is just to bug them. It takes me to get to the third or fourth call to get somebody who can actually help me.

They are garbage & just close your request without looking into anything. They must get paid by how many tickets they close.

I just call them if it is a critical issue, and support team help and solve the issue with me right away. The key is to get to the right department and person.

My guess is under staffed and over worked. The caseload they have is probably mind boggling. As a seller you are expected to handle most of the issues you experience on the platform by your own Due Dilligence and only open a case as trhe last option.
