I've had nothing but problems at this facility as well, but unfortunately it is consistent at facilities for me. YYC1 here is Alberta is just awful.

What is extremely frustrating is that Amazon sells FBA as the easy solution for sellers but it is the exact opposite! It would be easier to use a separate fulfillment that has some oversight and accountability, but you would never achieve prime status. You pay the Amazon FBA fees, which is quite reasonable, but dealing with the completely incompetent receiving facilities is impossible.

Constantly having problems with my orders at YHM1 too. Things take forever to get checked-in and received, then there are always items noted as not received and requesting an investigation is not an option.
I sent a shipment in March 12th and it has still not moved to receiving. My last 4 shipments to this facility has had discrepancies where they cannot locate my inventory. I personally pack each box, so these discrepancies are on them.

Any update? Asking as I have a delivery that's been sitting at YHM1 for 6 days and yet to be received. It's 20 small items. 😭

I have the same problem. It's been 7 days. The product appears to have been delivered but there is no progress.

I reviewed Case ID17452047441 regarding the Shipment FBA18VBG2Q3T and see you were provided updates about those items going through additional processing, including transshipment, verification of item dimensions, and/or pending investigations.
The receiving process takes time, and I know it's frustrating when there are delays for products to be checked in.
At this time, there is no way to expedite transshipment
