Missing items from various FBA Inbound Shipment (getting concerning with non-responses)
I have been selling on amazon for over 6 years now and have recently had a lot of missing items from my FBA inbound shipment. I have raised cases for each of them but they were either ignored, dismissed as not being received, or overage of another shipments (2 months ago) used to replace the missing ASIN (DESPITE BEING A DIFFERENT ASIN). Especially on the last part, I am very concerned that the FBA team placed a new FBA sticker to replace the ASIN as they are completely different products.
Am I missing something? The Amazon seller support is not helping out at all, including the leadership team. I have asked for a call but they have ignored me for over a week now. Can someone here help me? Here are the cases and FBA Shipment Numbers:
1. FBA Shipment: FBA18MC8X4DN; Case ID: 17035172511; Status: Used overage from shipment 1.5 months ago, despite being completely different ASIN/SKU product.
2. FBA Shipment: FBA18LTBQPN6; Case ID: 16995619201; Status: Used overage from shipment 3 months ago, despite being completely different ASIN/SKU product. Also, UPS tracking clearly shows the package was lost in transit. Despite this, it is being ignored.
3. FBA Shipment: FBA18MR4CTSV; Case ID: 16995863431; Status: Ignored since Jan 10
4. FBA Shipment: FBA18QVMTTKL ; Case ID: 17128548151; Status: Ignored
5. FBA Shipment: FBA18R1X30MX ; Case ID: 17190481931; Status: Ignored (note 4 packages via UPS was lost in transit resulting in this discrepency)
Someone from Amazon please help escalate these 5 cases. @Lucre_Amzn?

I was checking the case ID 17035172511 and case ID 16995619201 and I do see that the team in charge is currently running an investigation.
Please allow them to finish their investigation and provide you with a resolution.
For the case, ID 16995863431 was transfer to the correct team, however they currently have a backlog and as soon as they get to your case they will reply to you.
For the cases ID 17128548151 and ID 17190481931 the team in charge has resolved them recently, please follow up in those cases.
Let me know if you have any other concern or question.
