Seller Feedback VS Product Review
My customer gave me negative seller feedback which put my account in risk but when I fulfill his demand he changes that but now the review is reflecting on product page not on seller feedback and he is not able to change the seller feedback.. Could anyone please tell me how he can change that seller feedback??

If the buyer is having issues removing the feedback, you may send them the instructions below:
Remove Third-Party Seller Feedback
If they are still having issues, I would encourage you to request removal of feedback. If the request is denied, feel free to share the case ID here for further review.
