Canada Strike - A-Z claims - How will Amazon support their small business sellers during this time? Another marketplace made an announcement to help...

Just got slapped with the first A-Z claim (international order from the US) on a package stuck in Canada customs due to the strike.

Will Amazon support their sellers during this time or simply refund all packages that will later be delivered?

Can Amazon show some decency to their small business sellers and do something like this?? The bay has announced "Item Not Received (INR) claims are now on hold, and the Estimated Delivery Dates (EDDs) for all shipments with Canada Post have been extended. As the Canadian Union of Post Workers (CUPW) strike continues and shipments into and out of Canada are delayed, eBay will protect your seller performance: Late Shipment Rate (LSR) defects. Valid tracking upload rate."
