VTR Rate is decreasing but all tracking numbers are valid

My VTR rate is decreasing day by day and my seller offers(FBM) are at risk on a category basis. This has never happened to me before and I'm wondering how I can fix this problem.
VTR rate is currently at 86% and, when I downloaded the report and checked, all tracking numbers are correct. There are also delivery proof photos and pre-transportation photos of the cargo. All my deliveries were delivered before the delivery time I promised.
Have any other sellers experienced this situation? We have an agreement with Purolator company and all our cargo is sent by this transportation company. What should I do to solve this problem? Also added notification below.

We woke up to it this morning and found all our current Purolator shipments that were valid yesterday, went invalid today:
@Sunnie_Amazon this needs to be escalated fast. It's a huge issue that affects a lot of Canadian sellers.
It looks like the tracking id has glitched out and put an "=" sign and " " quotes around it which shouldn't be there. We definitely didn't enter it that way but some glitch on your system end has changed the tracking and added
Below is how it's shown on the order confirmation page:
You can see that it's not entered as ="334655862095" just 334655862095

I see it with Canpar and CanadaPost as well. It seems like a broader issue. Could you guys look into it ASAP? Case: 15179421111

I haven't seen it affect Canada Post yet. If it does, it's a huge widespread issue and Amazon will be losing all their FBM sellers in Canada as every seller would then get suspended.

How do you have your shipment status sent to amazon?

We use the drop down box on the confirm shipping page, click on Purolator, Add either ground or express service, and put in the tracking number. That's the way we've done it the last 4 years.

I have the same problem. No matter what shipper I use here in Canada. Tracking numbers and Carriers are correct but Amazon is saying they are not. Not sure how we're suppose to fix something that isn't wrong??

Given Amazon's expectation for sellers to address issues within 24 to 48 hours, I would like to inquire if there have been any updates or progress towards resolution from Amazon's end. its over a week now!
