Amazon closed shipment with missing unit (although Inventory Ledger shows all units received)
Hi,
One of my shipment was recently closed (FBA17X105QL9) with Amazon saying that there was one missing unit. Apart from me knowing that I sent 5 units (invoice as proof), I can also clearly see that 5 units were received at the Amazon warehouse YVR4 on April 16 when my box was opened (see attached inventory ledger report). Then on April 18, one unit was lost by Amazon somehow and they claimed that I sent 4 units instead of 5. My shipment was closed, and wasn't event prompted to reconcile my shipment. Can someone help me, please? I am new seller, and I wouldn't want this false error to impact my shipping performance since I am sure I sent 5 units (proof is inventory ledger, see attached screenshot). I have reached out to Seller Support, but they keep telling me they didn't receive the unit which is not true, it was probably lost in the warehouse...
