Grocery category Canada need help from sellers community
hello everyone I need help. I am trying to sell in grocery category but I have used three different suppliers but Amazon keep rejecting my selling application in grocery category . There are multiple videos on this issue on YouTube, but they are all from United States. Does anyone know which wholesale supplier should I use in Canada especially in Vancouver area which is recognized by Amazon currently I have provided them with three major suppliers invoices but for some reason they are rejecting the invoice The only reason they are providing me with is we took this action to ensure mutual success of buyers and sellers on our website. Sometime they also say that we are unable to confirm the transaction with the supplier. I don’t know what to do or mean focus is on grocery and we are a seller for grocery products in the United States, and same invoices caught us approved in the United States without any issues.

The ones directed to you by the brand owner to use in your sales region.

You're using American suppliers and trying to sell the American products in Canada. They don't meet the Canadian Food safety and labelling requirements to sell in Canada.
