What Are Amazon Currency Converter for Sellers Fees?
The first question on the ACCS FAQ says "All fees and charges related to your use of [ACCS] are included in the exchange rate." However, the very next question on the FAQ says "Volume-based fees are based on the tier defined by a seller's total cross-currency net proceeds..." So which is it? I need to know so I can figure out pricing and margins.
In my case, I just signed up for Remote Fulfillment with FBA to sell in Canada, and the exchange rate under Build International Listings currently says applied currency rate is 1 USD = 1.341 CAD. Does that 1.341 include the volume-based fee for ACCS or not?

Hi @Seller_D4UZfxLyhHFJK,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. In this situation, I recommend that you create a case to Seller Support with the specific charge in question. They will be able to review that fee and provide further guidance.
If Seller Support is unable to resolve this for you, please drop the case ID here and I am happy to explore other options here.
Please let me know if there are any questions.
Thanks,
Steve
