Am I the only one who got no notice of this change? Shipments of items sold on the .com platform and shipped from Canada were VTR exempt. Mine will be okay, as I use a freight forwarder who puts USA postage on with a tracking number. I have mailed the occasional package to the USA with Canada Post, and it was quite a bit more.

I'm curious to know if this notice of change is posted somewhere that I can check it out? I need to see if there are any other changes of note. Thank you.
