BFL2 - SHAFTER is a Shame. Package is lost on this warehouse
Hello dear Amazon, We shipped a parcel of 860 pieces to Amazon Warehouse BFL2 - SHAFTER, CA. Tracking clearly shows that parcel is delivered to the warehouse on Sep 24th. 2024. We filed claim with Customer Support, ID 16447881491, and they said they do not have any answers until Oct 22nd. We provided complete set of documents and proof of delivery from UPS with the person name from the Amazon warehouse who received the parcel. It also shows the weight of 30 pound which means this can't be nothing. Amazon FBA is currently charging Total inbound placement service fees: $290.40. please tell me how can you charge a lost package for 290 dollars for a inbound placement service. can i call it is a delayed service? this new system is somehow drives us crazy. we paid extra amount from seller pocket as our package is lost. do you think it makes sense? I have been a seller on amazon since 2019 and have never faced any issues with delivery. Please help!

Anyone with a brain would condclude something is wrong. Packages arrive, shipments are closed with all merchandise missing. Like sellers are just sending empty packages to Amazon.
Your dealing in logic, how did Amazon charge you to place inventory they dont have.
Always use Amazon shipping then they dont deny receipt , they just claim the packages were empty.

We have 3 shipments of jewelry missing as well. They are claiming closed with 0 inventory, which is impossible. Nearly $13k worth of jewelry is missing now. I find it concerning that jewelry sellers seem to be dealing with this situation specifically. Have you received any resolution on your issue yet?

Looks like they are starting to find the shipments now after serious escalations to Amazon. Should not need that level of escalation for this. Change in needed.
