Bundling barbie dolls into one listing

As a new seller I have been trying to comply with Amazon guidelines but my account is now in danger of being removed.

I currently can sell barbie dolls separately on Amazon and have many listed and sold already.

I want to bundle 3 barbie dolls in the mary poppins collection into a single a single offering of all three together.

I purchased a UPC citing the bundle of 3 from GS1. . .

When I submit an application for bundling them it gets declined. Now I get warnings that I am not in compliance.

What am I doing wrong ?

I submit questions and ask for help but I get a "canned" reply" telling me about the compliance section to read but no real help.

what do I do ?

thank you

My family has collected the barbie dolls for many decades. I do not buy them new from a distributor. They are the same vintage barbie dolls that I and others sell on Amazon. I can sell them individually but am running into trouble bundling them with a purchased UPC code.

thanks

Forgive me for giving unasked advice.

Amazon will ask you for invoices soon.

If you cannot provide it, they will deactivate your account and hold your funds.

You are better off selling them on other platforms.

There are many people selling vintage barbie dolls like me. It is not like we can buy them from a distributer as some of my dolls were manufactured three decades ago. I'll check into it asap. thanks

Hi there @Seller_UQ7TdRuaQt8aG,

Thanks for reaching out with your concerns regarding listing these Barbie products as a bundle. I would need to review your Seller Support Case ID to be sure but I suspect part of this issue is that this may be a violation of the Amazon ASIN Creation policy.

To protect the customer shopping experience, Amazon limits the creation of new ASINs for a brand enrolled in Brand Registry by sellers who are not associated with the brand owner.

If you would like me to review this issue further to give more details please reply with your most recent Seller Support case. Thank you for your understanding.
