Trademark Violation Help

Hi,

Case ID: 17729345551

Amazon has deactivated the listing, but insists we update the title before they will relist the item and remove the trademark violation. The listing is inactive so Amazon will not update the title. Would an admin please escalate this?

Separately, our listing title and inventory data was never in violation. The violation is from Amazon not using our title in the first place, but we are receiving the trademark violation. How can Amazon select some other seller's title and block our update, but we are still in violation? That's an abusive system of blaming sellers for actions they have no control over. Thank you.

I wanted to reach out to you as I took a look at your Case ID: 17729345551 and did see the same thing where your title is changed but maybe not reflecting some how.

Have you tried making the changes using a upload a category specific partial flat file with the information you need to add or subtract from your detail page?

If you run into any errors or the changes did not reflect after waiting 24 hours, then create a new case to Selling Partner Support and be sure to reference the batch ID you tried uploading the day before.

I have gone ahead and escalated Case ID: 17729345551 to one of our internal teams to review to see if there is anything else that may be going on from a technical end on why your changes aren't saving. That team should get back to us within the next few business days. Until then, please try the partial flat file route and I will check in with you soon.
