The Canada Post Office has been on strike all along
Canada postal workers have repeatedly marched and gone on strike, but no one has gone to work at all. All FBM orders have been delayed, resulting in many buyers requesting refunds A-Z. What should I do? During this period, logistics will generate many claims and disputes. Seller accounts may even be banned. How should sellers handle this uncontrollable factor?

At this point, they should be using alternative carriers. And they should have been using alternative carriers the week before the strike when they announced job action.

Either use other carriers or put your account on Vacation mode for the duration of the strike.

This may not be a good idea if the order defect rate and valid shipping rate is already iffy. A seller may need to send a bunch of packages via other carriers that are still operating to bring up the overall average to avoid a suspension.

I got a few hits like that. Talking to Amazon is like talking to a wall! In fact I got several of my comments removed by moderators team for being too offensive towards amazon employees! All did said that they incompetent and ignorant and I can reach a consensus faster with a wall than their bots!
So it shows the amount of care they have for our troubles.
