Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review

So i got this email from Amazon on August 10 and still have received no response back since. Selling activity has never deactivated and we have been selling and shipping orders since. Our metrics are perfect and in very good standing.

Hello MOBILESUPPLY,

Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days. While your account is under review, your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G1791). Funds will remain in your account, but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period.

On August 17 while working with Amazon account health team to address any concerns or invoices which were required and provided we received a second email from Amazon which is below

Dear MOBILESUPPLY,

Thank you for working with Account Health Support to address the fulfillment issues on your Amazon selling account.

You have sufficiently addressed the issue and you may continue selling on Amazon at this time. Any funds that were held in your account while we worked with you are now available.

Since then NONE of the funds have been released and the 30th day will be Sept 10.

Can we please get a resolution for this we have opened multiple cases which have been pending Amazon action for 10 days now and still dont have a response.

Just one comment for this -- be careful opening a lot of cases --

EVERY time you open one you get moved to the BACK of the line and start all over.

Sadly, YOU might be causing a delay in getting things resolved.

No one ever said that Amazon makes sense but on here the squeaky wheel gets sand thrown in the drive shaft.......................
