Need help in removing the violation
Hello,
We received a authenticity complaint for ASIN B0754NWJGR. We provided all the invoices and documentation and we got email notification that we may relist the product. But it has been almost 4 days after that, we still cannot list the product the listing is still negatively impacting our account. I have attached a screenshot below on the reinstatement notification. Contacted seller support they aske us to to contact account health specialist who asked us to contact seller support. Just going through

the loop, please help! Thank you

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have experienced with the ASIN not being reinstated. I know this can be increasingly concerning given the impact to the listing, so I do want to get you more assistance. I did work with another team that did state that there was an ongoing review into this issue currently.
At this time, I do not have any added information that I could provide guidance with, but I have requested an update be shared so that support can be given to you. I will continue to monitor the situation and encourage you to refer back to this thread with any changes that you might observe.
