I have had issues with changing the price of our listings (higher price) since February. I have tried updating it manually and via flat file upload but after a week the price goes back to the old pricing. I have reached out to Amazon Seller support but this is their only response: "We regularly check the list prices against prices recently found on Amazon store and other retailers’ sites. If a list price that you provided for your product does not appear in the store, it may be because we were unable to find recent examples of the product at or above that price. "

I do not understand their explanation, we are the direct manufacturer and there are no other sellers that sell the product in the USA. So I am confused as to why they will not let us change the pricing. I hope I can get help with this here.
