Fedex adjustment theft again

I was charged $201.64 shipping adjustment from Fedex in error.
Entered Dimensions: 5LB - 15.5 X 9 X 6.5 IN is correct.
Carrier Audited Dimensions: 33 X 28 X 6 IN is impossible and definitely not true. Fedex themselves won't deal with me so Amazon needs to escalate this.
Please advise

I sold a small computer part. There is no way it is 35LB and 33 inches long. How can they believe that?

I've had several of these. One in the $200s, such as yourself. All but one has been reversed, but I've really had to be persistent. Keep contacting support and appealing until you get someone who doesn't just copy-paste the carrier policies for dimensional weight. Stress that the measurements upon which that policy response is being based, were erroneous from the start.
Pictures of your package, if it's a standard package that you send often, can help.
Good luck. Don't give up. If we all continue to fight it, maybe something will be done.
