Amazon product refunded but product never returned
Hi,
Over a month ago I sold an item and it was brand new, right afterward, she said she no longer needed the product. I had nothing to do but to refund the seller as Amazon forced me to. I refunded her but I never received the item back. It was a boot butler boot rack in its full package. It has been over 30 days and I still haven't received my item. Amazon refunded her, and now I am at a loss. How is this going to be resolved? I lost 65 dollars. I wish Amazon would be more helpful when it came to seller rights. Please help out, as I am tired of constant refunds without the product or damaged returns. I am wanting to understand how the sellers return setting might be changed if I do not have the right settings on there or if I do, how do I resolve this constant loss ?

You are not required to return the money until you have received the goods. You confirm your consent to the return and wait for the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, confirm the return of money. Please read the return instructions carefully.
