Country of origin labeling
hello I currently have my products packaged and waiting to be shipped out in China with my supplier. I’m now finding after some research that certain sources are saying my individual product packaging/ product , and the carton they are being shipped and needs to have country of origin labeled as “made in China.”
Other sources are saying I only need to have it listed on the carton itself that’s carrying all my individual products. Can someone please give me accurate information? Product is manufactured in China and being shipped to US.

In most instances the country of origin must be on the product itself or on the individual product packaging if the ultimate purchaser will get it with the packaging.
It is not enough to have it on a case that has individual products.
