A-Z settled incorrectly due to your inability to track Canada Post correctly

Order: 701-8581425-9341847

Tracking clearly shows this was delivered the NEXT DAY. Customer never went and got it because he doesn't see the Canada Post tracking in Amazon! When he inquired 2 weeks later I told him to check his mailbox and he did and confirmed the package was there. But he filed an A-Z case and they gave him his money back! I appealed and showed the tracking and explained that he didn't see it due to a fault in AMAZON'S SYSTEM but that was denied.

Refund our money and FIX THE CANADA POST TRACKING!!!! Also, maybe get on Purolator tracking too, it's been over a YEAR now.

The Canada Post Tracking Glitch with VTR rate is still going on with Amazon since November 2024. And it affects the customers ability to view tracking in their Amazon App/Account.

When is this case ID going to get escalated to get fixed?

Just those two, Purolator VTR issues started 14 months ago in April 2024, and Canada Post VTR Issues started 8 months ago in November 2024.

We have never won a a-z case with Amazon.ca for INR even WITH SIGNATURE. We have lost at least 10 claims in the last year or 2, amazon completely disregards tracking/picture proof/signatures if customer claims they did not receive. We have escalated claims and sought support on this forum many times, nothing works. We even opened up tickets with Veeqo and they are still open from over a year ago.
