once again with ISED compoliance issue
I had a thread about 8 months ago, title : My Listings were removed for no ISED compliance information which we can't have it for our products should be Category II instead of Category I
Glenn from Amazon helped us a lot to solve it. However, we got the same warning for ASIN B0CLLVWNJQ, B09PYHWT1V, B0CLLTR6NV, B0CLLTMCLD.
It would be highly appreciated if we could have help with these asins.

Hello again @Seller_WDzymyquO9fJv,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you.
The product has been identified as Category I or terminal equipment on Amazon.ca that requires compliance information mandated by Canadian regulatory body, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED). To comply with ISED regulations, you must provide the following compliance information for each product you are listing:
- The ISED Certification Number (for Category I equipment) or ISED Registration Number (for terminal equipment)
- The Hardware Version Identification Number (HVIN).
Have you provided the information listed above?
For instructions on how to add compliance information for your listing, please visit the page Radio Apparatus, Interference-Causing Equipment and Terminal Equipment.
Please note that the changes made to the product detail page can take from 2 to 4 hours to reflect in our systems. If after 4 hours the changes are not reflecting correctly, feel free to reopen your case.
Wish you all the best,
Nikki
