Lost shipment and amazon is denying claim despite proof of delivery and person who received the parcel

I sent stock to FBA warehouse, UPS delivered the shipment to amazon warehouse, amazon is saying courier delivered but amazon did not receive. Also, they stated, delivery confirmation only prove that courier delivered to the amazon warehouse but it does not say amazon received it despite the recieving persons name is on the proof of delivery. What is this Amazon?

Amazon, we are small businesses and it effects us dearly. Can some moderator please look into it and escalate this issue.
