I have exhausted three attempts to verify my business address

Amazon asked for confirmation of my business address (INFORM Consumers act verification)

I have exhausted all attempts to verify my Ukrainian address and now I cannot request another letter for verification. Every time I indicated my business address, I received an answer that it was indicated incorrectly.

For this reason, my seller account has been deactivated.

I started contacting support and chats, to which I received a response to my work email: “We have verified the documents you provided and were able to complete the verification process. Now you can log into Seller Central and start selling on Amazon,” but at the moment the problem is not resolved .

I know Amazon is currently working on this issue, but my address has not changed since I signed up for my account, which is why I entered the correct address in the first place.

How can I verify my business address?

You are applying to sell in the USA dot com Amazon site. When Amazon uses the word business, it must be a business located in the USA. Your Ukrainian business must have a USA presence.

The team has advised that you should have received an email with the option for you to provide a utility bill where the address is visible and matches the address in Seller Central.

During this process, you will continue to see a banner that advises that your account is at risk of deactivation, however we will not deactivate the account while the verification is being completed.

Please advise if there are any questions or if you did not receive the email.
