FBA discrepancies (shipped to FBA vs Total sold units don't match)

Hi, I'm a new Amazon renewed seller. Currently selling only utilizing Amazon FBA.

Basically I was reconciling the numbers and they don't match.

We shipped 617 units to FBA inventory in 30 FBA shipments total.

I was looking at the all time sales, and FBA sales totaled 536 units ordered per business reporting.

So we are short 81 units. Right now our active FBA inventory is just 3 units, and with 37 orders sitting in Pending status, total we have 43 reserved units. So 81 - 43 - 3, we are still short 35 units that do not have any sales record and are not accounted for in our inventory. They just disappeared. This is a huge discrepancy for us, since our ASP is $350 per unit, that results in $12K+ of inventory that is not accounted for. And it's not the Inbound shipping queue issue, since I checked the "Units expected" vs "Units located" and we are fine there. Where did the 35 units go? I was really hoping someone could help me figure this out and shed some light on the situation. Otherwise it does not make sense to sell on FBA with such huge discrepancies. Thank you in advance.

Hi @Seller_LhQrHXhfZAF5p, can you tell me if this is only for one ASIN or if there are multiple ASINs in your calculation? If you have opened a case with Seller Support, let me know the case ID. I will take a look.
