Amazon keeps closing lost inventory cases when all needed documents are provided
This has become laughable. We shipped 103 units (10 different SKU's) weighing 18 KG to Amazon Canada. Warehouse video shows shipment being packed and being picked up by FedEx. Delivery shows signed by Amazon. Amazon states we received "0" units, counted and confirmed. Umm what?
We open a case where they reply back asking to provide ownership. We provide our commercial invoices as required. We are not refunded. Instead NOW they request invoices that account for all units shipped to Amazon CA and USA in the last 18 months. We spend nearly 3 hours marking up invoices with corresponding missing ASIN's. on 15 commercial invoices and emailed them these required docs. 2 days later they reply saying "if you don't give us the required documents we will close this case in 24 hours". We reply saying "we sent three separate emails (only 5 docs can be attached to each reply) and the docs are included.
Now 24 hours later they reply "your case has been closed, you did not provide the documents requested". Is this a joke? This has happened countless times in the last 18 months. I can see an error of missing 1 or 2 items in a shipment, but this is an entire box. This is ridiculous. Look at forums and all you see is "Amazon lost my inventory" over and over and over again. This is not a seller problem, stop making us accountable for employee negligence.

Thank you for raising your concern to the Forums. This is Sunnie, from Amazon.
I reviewed your case, and I understand your invoices are not being accepted. I recently posted an article that addresses your concern: Missing items from your FBA Inbound Shipment?
You can please review the requirements carefully, and you will find the solution.
