There is a restriction on my seller account. The validity date of my credit card registered in my account has expired. I was going to define a new credit card, but I accidentally deleted my expired card with excitement, even though I should not have deleted it.
I had to define the new card first and then delete it. Therefore, when I clicked the button to define a new card, the system gave an error and I cannot go to the new card definition screen.
Even though I write to Amazon many times, they always send me a message asking me to define a new card. If I can enter the new card definition screen, I will define the floor.

Try adding the updated card to the buyer account associated with your seller account first. Wait about 24 hours, then see if you can successfully add it to your seller account.

I wanted to follow up and see if you would be able to update your credit card information. @Seller_LImVvUWeyiCfQhad provided a link to a thread with a similar issue and how it was resolved. If your credit or debit card has expired or has been declined, we will prompt you to enter new credit or debit card information before you can access your seller account. You can add a new credit or debit card or update an existing card. Any mismatch in your credit or debit card information may result in the card being declined. This might cause a delay in payment.
Update credit or debit card information in seller account
Complete the following steps to update the credit or debit card information in your seller account:
- Go to Settings, and click Account Info.
- From Payment Information, select Charge Methods.
- Click Replace Charge Method for the credit or debit card you would like to replace, and select the store where you would like to assign a new charge method.
- Select an option to either Add a new credit or debit card, or select a card that is already available in Seller Central. Enter the requested information exactly as it appears on your credit or debit card statement.

First of all, thank you very much for taking care of my problem.
I made friend @vernon's suggestion before.
My credit card is defined in my Amazon buyer account and it works smoothly.
I took a screenshot to explain the problem in my account.
I'm sending it in gif format. If you watch, you can see the problem clearly.
It looks like the Amazon page fix technical problem.
So, even though I want to define a card, when I click on the button on the page, I encounter an error and I can never get to the card definition screen.
I know the card identification steps. The problem is not caused by me.
I would be very grateful if you could convey this problem to the technical support or software department.
Because I haven't been able to solve this problem for three years.
I want to open an account again, but I am very nervous about opening a new account because Amazon will close the account I open due to association.
