I understand you are looking to open a second account with your brother. While I understand that you are aiming to operate these accounts separately, they will be associated to each other if they are being operated off of the same device. In terms of the information, will your brother be utilizing his own personal details or will you be using the same information from the US account?

If you are utilizing the same information, then this is not considered a second account, but a second marketplace. It is best recommended to keep your information and device utilization separate if you are dealing with two different accounts. Otherwise, the accounts will be considered connected.

There is nothing wrong with multiple accounts as long as the accounts are in an active status. If any of the accounts fall into a deactivated status, then the other accounts may also fall into this status.
