Issue with Chit Chats tracking on Amazon – Any solutions?
Hi everyone,
Are there any sellers here who ship from Canada and use ChitChats for shipping? Is there a way to enter ChitChats tracking numbers so that Amazon recognizes them? None of the tracking numbers from my recent orders have been accepted by Amazon.
ChitChats is pretty much the cheapest tracked shipping option I’ve found.
I’d really appreciate any help or advice if someone has experience with this. Thanks!

Amazon does not recognize Chit Chats Select, which is cheapest. They do recognize the Canada Post parcels via Chit Chats. When inputting your tracking, choose Canada Post Expedited Parcel. They are often cheaper than directly using Canada Post, especially within province.
If you are shipping to the USA via Chit Chats, Amazon should be fine with the tracking numbers of USPS that you obtain via Chit Chats.
