Hello, having issues trying to get our NA account sorted.
Original account is currently setup in AU and unable to open a NA account to sell globally due to the above error. Previously had the option but I think we cancelled or closed so we can continue with the AU registration, now unable to get back to it.
We were told to open a separate account with a new email address but now having issues merging due to a pending registration issue. Have opened several cases with AU and NA support but seem to be going nowhere.
Hoping someone here can take a look and assist. Getting desperate.
