Second seller account for Husband
I have an Amazon Seller account and have been selling for a year now. My home and business addresses are the same.
My husband is now interested in opening a separate account from mine, with a corporation/company registered in his name. However, because we live together, he will use the same residential address when registering his Amazon account. Would that be acceptable for him when registering the account?
He will use a different computer and Wi-Fi for his business to keep the IP addresses different. He will also have different products on his account.
What are the chances that both of our accounts will be treated as separate accounts and cause no problems for either of us?

There is no prohibition against another selling account. But they must be kept completely separate, and should not sell the same items, or even in the same category.
They will be associated and any problem with one account means the other account is also in trouble.

Hello @Seller_DNCoh1uqKxLZj,
Thank you for your post. This is a great question, and it looks like @Seller_Hi7wbO2Kbo6blhas provided a great response. As mentioned, yes you can have two accounts as long as they are kept completely separate and do not sell in the same categories. Below I have provided some resources to help you with this and getting a better understanding if what is required:
These should help you on your way to make sure you keep these accounts separate.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah
