Sellers’ Concerns Regarding A-to-Z Claims

Dear Amazon Team,

As sellers, we always strive to fulfill our responsibilities and provide the best service to our customers. Despite delays, we ensure that the products are delivered to our customers and make every effort to keep them informed throughout the process. However, despite these efforts, some customers choose to bypass communication with us and directly file an A-to-Z claim, resulting in refunds without any resolution on our part. This has caused significant hardship for us as sellers.

Currently, the cases we have opened remain in transfer status, and unfortunately, due to these customer complaints, we are unable to receive new orders. To continue operating as sellers on the Amazon platform, we kindly request that a general review and improvement be implemented regarding A-to-Z claims.

We would like to thank you for the support you previously provided regarding negative feedbacks. We now ask for similar assistance with A-to-Z claims. Addressing these issues fairly and efficiently is crucial for mitigating seller grievances and enabling us to sustain our businesses on the platform.
