Consequences of Canada Post employee strike on my Amazon account

Good day everyone.

My account was perfect until the Canada Post employee strike. Because of this strike my account has a very high ODR rate which has never happened before. It is currently over 5% :(

I explain the situation to all customers because I understand their frustration. Unfortunately, I had no influence on it. I get a lot of negative feedback. I explain to buyers that refunds will be processed if the item is not delivered on time. I am afraid that my account may be deactivated. What is the best thing I can do to prevent this from happening?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Do not rely on Canada Post. If other carriers are too expensive, try using FBA. Even if FBA suffers delays like Canada Post, you are protected from any kind of negative feedback form it.
