Canada Post Strike-Your seller-fulfilled offers are at risk of deactivation

I am a new seller, after I learnt about the Canada Post Strike, I switched to another logistics provider in time, but orders placed before the Canada Post Strike are still affected. Because the parcels were in transit at the time of the Canada Post strike. Many orders from other logistics providers were also affected because their parcels were piling up. Many logistics providers in my area have refused to accept any new parcels.

Recently I received a lot of negative feedback that orders were not delivered or delayed, I checked the logistics and all of them were orders from the Canada Post strike, which received a big impact on my Order Defect Rate, I checked my links and the shopping cart was lost. I had to suspend the sale. I checked the orders with this negative feedback and many of the orders were delivered because Canada Post resumed delivery and the parcels had been delivered. But a lot of negative feedback continues to be left over and over. Even though the customers got free products.

I knew about the forum Canada Post Strike (Feedback Removal Requests). I checked every comment hoping to get experience. But it doesn't look like anyone is getting help. None of the reviews have been removed.

I'm sorry I'm a little anxious because my shop doesn't look good. I know that even though I have refunded all the parcels for the Canada Post strike during November-December, more and more negative feedback is still on the way.A-Z is also affecting the Order Defect Rate, my A-Z has delivered the parcels after the Canada Post resumed, the logistics can show that it was due to the delay caused by the strike in Canada, and now the customer has the parcel and made it clear that they don't want to return the product or be recharged, I have no hope of getting my money back, but how can I remove the effect of Order Defect Rate? I would like to know what else I can do now? Will my shop be deactivated due to the problems caused by the Canada Post strike? My shopping cart is gone, what should I do?

I appreciate any advice you guys can provide.
