Why won't Amazon let us CLOSE OUT STORE?!

I took out all of our inventory and tried to close the store months ago. We have not been selling in the store for months now and everytime i try to close the store it send me to the forums or to try to reactivate the account? Can someone from Amazon please shut down our account! We do not wish to do any interviews we just want to CLOSE OUR ACCOUNT!

I took out all of our inventory and tried to close the store months ago. If your account was deactivated, then you cannot close it without addressing the reason for deactivation, reactivate and then close.

If you have no account health issues you should be able to close your account. You need to wait ninety days after your last activity before you can close it.
