Items missing from shipment
Amazon forums team,
Could I have someone review Case 1Z4364770497377948? I sent 61 items to warehouse YOW3, and only 7 of them were added to my inventory. UPS tracking shows the package was 17 lbs (7.7 kg) so there was a lot more than 7 items shipped.
This is third recent YOW3 package with major discrepancies. I provided invoices for most of the new items, though I didn't have one for any of the used items. Even if some items cannot be reimbursed, I need to know why they are not being added to my inventory.
Please escalate this to the proper team. Thank you.

I see the following units for reimbursement:
• FNSKU X0048MHZAZ: 1 units per reimbursement ID 15894635241
• FNSKU X003ZKSLL3: 1 units per reimbursement ID 15895070671
• FNSKU X003ZKSUJ1: 1 units per reimbursement ID 15893704211
• FNSKU X003ZKSWYT: 1 units per reimbursement ID 15895071111
Allow 4-5 days for the reimbursement to post to your account. You can see your reimbursement in Seller Central in your Reimbursements report with the respective RMS ID.
