What kind of system error is this? Missing Products
Hello, All the products in a shipment were fully received into my inventory. Then, days later, the shipment was inexplicably closed with discrepancies. There's an Action dropdown menu, but it's disabled and I can’t make any selections. What kind of system error is this? First, all of my products are accepted into inventory, and then suddenly the shipment is closed with discrepancies, and I'm unable to request an investigation.
