Trump's 25% tariff

My brick and mortar bookstore is in Canada. I only ship to the USA. Amazon doesn't seem to be responding to additional costs to get my items over the border.

I use ChitChat to courier books to USPS. Amazon's (paltry) $3.99 credit + courier fee + 25% tariff won't come close to covering the price of a 4LB book (which I just sold).

Has Amazon any plan to meet this new demand for non-American Sellers? Meanwhile, I'm forced to cancel the new sale (lost commission for Amazon) and temporarily put my inventory on vacation. Thoughts anyone?

You have a month reprieve. Am watching this very closely. Slightly surprised there is not more concern / uproar about this situation.
