No buy shipping option missing to AU
I don't get it.
I am in the USA as a FBM and just got accepted t sell in AU. But when I go to ship the package there is no Buy Shipping option. I want to use Amazons buy shipping instead of me going to like Stamps.com for shipping labels. I just want to go to my orders and purchase the labels right from there.
I understand there is a Amazon easy ship but I can't find anywhere to opt in for that. Ii also sell in Canada and the Buy Shipping option is there.
Just confused. Any guidance will be appreciated. Thanks

There are a few reasons why you might not see shipping options available for your orders. There may not be any services available that will meet the delivery promise, and there could be specific issues with the item you are looking to ship.
Are you not seeing available shipping services for any of your orders going to Australia, or was this a one-time issue?

Have you contacted Amazon Seller Support Australia for more details on that order and available shipping options? It looks like the sales channel is Amazon.com.au and they will be able to help you determine why shipping is not available for you.
